S.O. 987(E).”In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 8 read with sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government her hereby appoints Shri S.L.Bunker as Member of the Competition Commission of India for a period of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
