- Chapter XV – Compromises, Merger and Amalgamations
- Chapter XVII – Registered Valuers
- Chapter XXI – Companies authorized to register under this Act
- Chapter XXVII – National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal
- Chapter XXVIII – Special Courts (Mediation and Conciliation Panel)
