SEBI further extends timelines for submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report

SEBI vide circular dated 25^th June, 2020 further extends timelines in continuation to earlier circular dated 19^th March, 2020 for submission of the Annual Secretarial Compliance (ASC) Report for Listed entities for the year 2019-2020 till 31^st July, 2020 due to the continuing impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
