In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of Rule 55 of APVAT Rules, 2005, the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies Cotton Fabrics, Manmade Fabrics, Woolen Fabrics, Textile, made ups, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, blankets, travelling rugs, curtains, and embroidery articles, excluding fabrics, made ups and garments made from handloom/khadi cloth of entry 127 of schedule-IV of the APVAT Act, 2005 as Sensitive Commodities for the purpose of said sub-rule .
This Notification will come into force with effect from 25 -02-2013
