No.F.3(17)/Fin.(Rev.-1)/2012-13/DSVI/263 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Delhi Act 01 of 2013), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, appoints the 1st April, 2013, as the date on which said Act except for the section 12 and section 13 of the said act, shall come into force.
