MCA has made available eForm INC.20A for Declaration for commencement of business, will be available on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 26th January 2019.
The Form shall be filed by all the Companies incorporated on or after 2nd November, 2018, within 180 days from the date of its incorporation.
