Notification under Section 465 of Companies Act, 2013

As per the notification dated 30^th January, 2019, Central Government has appointed 30^th January, 2019 as the date on which the provisions of Section 465 of the Companies Act, 2013 relating to the repeal of Companies Act, 1956 shall come into force. However, exception has been provided related to the repeal of Registration of Companies (Sikkim) Act, 1961 (Sikkim Act 8 of 1961).
