Fees for Form ACTIVE_ Companies (Regn offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2019

MCA vide its notification dated 21st Feb., 2019 amended Annexure to Companies (Registration offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 and prescribed for fees for filing of Form ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) provided under Rule 25A of the companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 as follows-

1. Till 25^th April, 2019 – Nil
2. On or after 26^th April, 2019- 10,000
