Dear Professional Colleague:
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide notification number S.O. 5622(E), dated the 2nd Nov, 2018 has directed that all companies, who get supplies of goods or services from micro and small enterprises and whose payments to micro and small enterprise suppliers exceed 45 days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of the goods or services, shall submit a half yearly return to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in form MSME Form I .
Vide General Circular no. 1 /2019 dated 21st Feb, 2019, the date of filing of MSME Form 1 got extended to 30 days from the deployment of the form i.e. by 30th May, 2019.
