Form NFRA-1 available on NFRA Portal- Last date to file form is 31st July, 2019

In furtherance to MCA General Circular No.12/2018, National Financial Reporting Authority vide notification no. NF-11/1/2019-O/o Secy-NFRA dated 1^st July, 2019 intimates that Form NFRA-1 has been deployed on the website of NFRA (nfra.gov.in) w.e.f 1^st July, 2019  and clarifies that the last date for filing of form is 31^st July, 2019.
