In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Keshav Kumar Trivedi and Shri Justice Sheel Nagu, Additional Judges of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, as Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President has extended the appointment of Shri Sujoy Paul as Additional Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh for a period of one year with effect from27th May 2013.
