Background
As per Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2019, every reporting company needs to find out if there is any individual who is a significant beneficial owner and if so, cause such individual to make a declaration in Form No. BEN-1.
Upon receipt of declaration, the reporting company shall file a return in Form No. BEN-2 with the Registrar by 30th July, 2019.
As the regulations are complex and ambiguous, the webinar seeks to clarify lot of interpretations of the regulations with practical illustrations and FAQs.
