CIRCULAR
REGARDING AUDIT OF DEALERS
This is in continuation of circular No. VAT AUDIT /HQ/2013-14/2967-2974, Dated 25/07/2013 regarding Audit of Business Affairs of dealer by the Ward Assessing Authorities (Zones I – X) under section 58 of DVAT Act 2004, for year 2009~10 to 2012-13, based upon the risk profile of dealers.
In this regard, it is clarified that the Ward Assessing Authorities who have already taken up the audit proceeding fur the year 2011-12 shall complete the same first. The audit of other years shall be taken up later, if required, as per circular No.VAT AUDIT/HQ/2013-14/ 2967-2974 dated 25/07/2013.
