It is with utmost pleasure that we inform you all that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has released the rules covering 16 chapters of the Companies Act, 2013 for the public comments & suggestions. This notice will also be made available on the MCA website on 9th September 2013. The last date for sending the comments/suggestions on the said rules to the MCA is 8th October, 2013.
As professionals, we must get together and deliberate on these rules and provide our suggestions to the MCA. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is inviting suggestions from all its members. They have advised the members to provide their valuable suggestions to their local chapters, study groups /circles or any other forum, who in turn, will will forward those suggestions to the Regional Chapters or the Chapter Management Committee. The Committee will then deliberate your suggestions and formulate the final suggestions to be given to MCA.
We urge you to take active part in providing your comments & suggestions to bring out the best in the new Act.
