Sub: Regarding filing of Stock Statement
In continuation to this department’s Notification No. F.7{433)/PolicyII/VAT//2012/PF/ 817-828 dated 23/09/2013 on the subject cited above, it is hereby clarified that the said notification merely withdraws the need for separate filing of Stock-I statement online since it is to be filed in Annexure 1 D along with the 2 nd quarter return for the year 2013-14 as notified vide Notification No.F.3(16)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2013-14/dsVI/785 dated 20/09/2013. The requirement for separate filing of Stock-1 statement for 2012-13 as per the Notification No. 7(433)/f?0Iicy-II/VAT/2012/PF/472-483 dated 16/08/2012 stays.
