The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a notice to state that version of certain e-forms CHG-9,MR-1 and INC-1 is likely to change with effect from 14th August, 2014.
The dates have been specifically mentioned for every form with respect to the date of latest updated version.
So, the stakeholders are requested to plan their services accordingly in order to avoid the obstacles while the uploading of e-forms.
