GST fate to be sealed in the Parliament soon as opposition feels bill would stagnant country™s progress

The fate of the Goods & Services Tax (GST) Constitutional Amendment Bill, 2014 is totally dependent upon how the things go on in the parliament for the next two days before the monsoon session of the parliament comes to an end and the Upper House can take up and clear the Bill, so that it could be sent for the Lok Sabha™s consideration on Thursday.

Hoping to play on the division in the Opposition, Prime Minister showed his aggression and spoke handsome words in his address to the Samajwadi Party leader who himself got frustrated on the long pending delay of the bill because of the sheer nuisance moving on in the parliament.

The prominent political leaders say that the bill is being introduced to stagnant the country™s economic growth but perhaps on the other hand ruling leads with something else.

But, things are hopeful to be under control when Finance Minister Arun Jaitley made a statement that there can be some special session of the parliament to pass the constitution amendment bill but again to reiterate unless the opposition is on board, the requirement of a two-third of the majority is still a risky proposition.
