We wish to inform you that the Council of institute has approved that no. of trainees to be taken at a time by Practising Company Secretary (PCS) for imparting training to CS Students should not be more than the limit given in the under mentioned table :

| It will be governed according to duration of years of practice as Company Secretary as per range given in under mentioned table :
If the PCS surrenders his certificate of practice and starts his practice after a gap, he/she will be entitled to have same number of trainees as he/she was entitled when he/she surrendered his/her certificate of practice.
On request of concerned PCS, Secretary/Chief Executive of Institute may sanction two additional trainees to a particular PCS on case to case basis. |
