The Parliament enacted the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
In furtherance to the efforts of the Institute to sensitize our members, employees and industry at large on the subject and to understand the implementation level of the Act in various organizations, the Institute is sending a questionnaire through the link http://goo.gl/forms/m02NLe2f7t .
