The Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) has placed the Discussion Paper on ‘Review of framework for public issuance of Convertible Securities’ on its website for public comments. We enclose the Discussion Paper for ready reference and seek your views/suggestions on the aforesaid paper.
