SEBI has placed the ‘Consultation Paper Additional disclosure norms for retail/public issuance of Additional Tier 1 (AT1) instruments issued by banks’ on its website for public comments. We enclose the Consultation Paper for ready reference and seek your views/suggestions on the aforesaid paper.
