S.O 2132 (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Unorganised Workers™ Social Security Act, 2008 (33 of 2008) read with rule 3 of the Unorganised Workers™ Social Security Rules, 2009, the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Social Security Board consisting of the following members for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely :-
