Subject:- Export of Red Sanders Wood (Petrocarpus santalinus) and Sandalwood (santalum album) import of sandalwood from SEX- Proformae for submission of application for export and import –regarding
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-202, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby notifies the following performae for submission of application to the concerned jurisdictional authority of SEZ for obtaining ‘No objection Certificate’ for export of Red Sanders Wood Wood (Petrocarpus santalinus)/ Sandalwood (santalum album) and import of sandalwood from SEX from /to SEZ:-
(a)ANF2M (a): Proforma for application form for import of sandalwood
(b) ANF 2N (a) : Proforma for application for, for export of Red Sanders Wood(Petrocarpus santalinus) and sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Effect of this Public Notice:
Proformae for submission of application by SEZ units with respective jurisdictional authority of SEZ for obtaining ‘No Objection Certificate’ of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate (MOEF&CC ) through DGFT has been notified.
