The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is contemplating to upgrade the LLP Registry from 11th June, 2012 which would enable the stakeholders to make online payment from all banks through NEFT or internet banking from six designated banks of MCA21, in addition to Credit Card payment.
To facilitate the transition LLP Registry services will not be available from 1st June 2012 to 10th June 2012.
