Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide General Circular No. 34/2012 extended the time limit to file the Financial Statements for the financial year commencing on or after 1st April, 2012 in the XBRL mode without any additional fee/penalty up to 15th December, 2012 or within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, whichever is later.
