NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of Notification NO.F .3(364)/VAT/438-449 dated 11/07/2013 regarding issuance of TDS Certificate electronically in Form DVA T-43 I, Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by clause (c) of sub-rule ( l) of Rule 63 of the Delhi Value Added T ax Rules, 2005, hereby direct that all the TAN holders shall issue TDS certificates electronically in Form DVAT-43 with effect from 01/07/2013.
The other contents of the Notification No.F.3(364)/VAT/438-449 dated 11/07/2013 shall remain the same.
