S.O.355(E).—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 651(E), dated 29th March, 2012 for sector specific Special Economic Zone for biotechnology at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, Maharashtra by M/s. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited, namely
