NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th February, 2013
G.S.R. 87(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 620A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby,-
(i) declares the following companies to be Nidhis

(ii) further directs that in Schedule-1 annexed to the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Department of Company LawAdminstrations vide number G.S.R. 978, dated the 28th May, 1963, published in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 8th June, 1963 after serial number 382 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely :-
