The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following :
(i) The repatriation of Shri Amar Singh, IAS(MP:81), Food Corporation of India, to his cadre with effect from 28.05.2013.
(ii) Shri Radha Krishna Mathur, IAS(MT:77), Secretary, Department of Defence Production will hold additional charge of the post of Defence Secretary, Ministry of Defence for a period of two years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
(iii) The appointment of Shri Nilanjan Sanyal, IAS(OR:79), Special Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development, as Secretary, Department of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide Shri Anil Kumar, IAS(NL:76), on his retirement on 31.05.2013.
