In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President has issued fresh Notification with regard to the appointment of Shri Ghulam Minhajuddin and Shri Radhe Shyam Sharma as Additional Judges of the High Court of Chhattisgarh with effect from 10th May 2013. As per the Notification, Shri Ghulam Minhajuddin will continue as Addl. Judge till 11th July 2013; whereas, in the case of Shri Radhe Shyam Sharma the appointment will continue till 24th November 2013.
