In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Jayant Nath, (ii) Shri Najmussahar Waziri @ Najmi Waziri, (iii) Shri Sanjeev Sachdeva, (iv) Shri Vibhu Bakhru, (v) Shri Valluri Kameswar Rao, (vi) Smt. Sunita Gupta, (vii) Smt. Deepa Sharma and (viii) Shri Ved Prakash Vaish as Additional Judges of the High Court of Delhi, in that order of seniority, for a period of 2 years with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
