Section 303 of Companies Act, 2013 – Appeals from orders made before commencement of Act

SECTION 303. APPEALS FROM ORDERS MADE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF ACT

[Effective from 15th December, 2016]

Nothing in this Chapter shall affect the operation or enforcement of any order made by any Court in any proceedings for the winding up of a company immediately before the commencement of this Act and an appeal against such order shall be filed before such authority competent to hear such appeals before such commencement.

  3. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell
    and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
    “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
