Sub: Difficulties in accessing the MCA Portal and filing of e-forms
This is in continuation of our representation dated April 01, 2016 and further to the discussion, the delegation of ICSI including myself, had with your good self on the above mentioned subject.
As you are kindly aware that due to unstable functioning of Ministry since 25th March, 2016, the corporates and professionals have been facing lot of difficulties in accessing the MCA portal and filing of e-forms. It has resulted in delays in filing of e-forms within time. Because of delayed filings, corporate are required to pay additional filing fees without there being any lapse on their side.
We, therefore, request you to waive off the payment of additional fees in respect of documents (including e-forms and orders of authorities) whose last date of filing falls between March 25, 2016 and the date by which the normal functioning of the MCA site is restored.
Further, in case the period of approved name expires between the aforesaid period, the stakeholders be allowed for renewal of name without any additional fees. Similarly, resubmission of documents be permitted without being taken away from the system.
In this regard, we have also submitted various issues as received from ICSI members from across India for redressal through the service provider (emailed to Mr. Ashish Kushwaha, Director, MCA on April 06, 2016).
Kindly consider the aforesaid submissions positively.
