NOTIFICATION

S.O. 1545(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Employee’s Compensation (Amendment) Act, 2017 (11 of 2017), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of May, 2017, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
