MCA vide news & important updates notified that new Companies incorporated through SPICe+ and thereby have obtained Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation(EPFO)/ Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) numbers will have to file Statutory Returns only when they cross thresholds prescribed under the relevant Acts.
