The Ministry of corporate affairs has issued an important notice with respect the filing of form MGT 14, version of which is likely to be changed from 21st july 2014.
So, due care shall be taken filing the form at the website as the version can be downloaded from the ministry’s website.As per the latest information the form MGT 14 was last updated on 25th june 2014.
