CORRIGENDUM

G.S.R. 940(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 38/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 773(E), dated the 30th June, 2017,—
(i) at page 17, in line 11, for “the whole of the duty of customs” read “so much of the duty of customs”;
(ii) at page 17, in line 12, omit “from the whole of”.
