I suggest that all listed companies and unlisted companies with a funding of more than Rs 25 crores from FI/FIIs should maintain a website and the website should carry the monthly unaudited financial statements with specific highlights on any unusual events which will affect the financials. If required the MD of the company should give his views on the event. Of course, the quarterly statements should be audited.
