On 3rd June 2011 and 17th June 2011, leading practitioners including bankers, CFOs of leading corporate, chartered accountants, company secretaries and lawyers gathered for a conclave on IPO and Private equity and shared knowledge, wisdom, experiences and insights into the complex process of creating wealth for the nation.
Achromic Point an organization based in New Delhi, led by the motto of being a leader in knowledge dissemination space, organized the IPO & Private Equity Conclave on 3rd June 2011 in Mumbai at the Hotel Intercontinental The Lalit and then in Bangalore on 17th June 2011 at the Hotel Royal Orchid.
With Grant Thornton also joining hands as a knowledge partner along with R & A Associates and Khaitan & Co. the conclave was a great success.
The conclave was focused on different forms of fund raising, regulatory framework for a public offering, role and responsibilities of various intermediaries, role of SEBI and stock exchange, challenges prior and post IPO and Private Equity Funds.
The seminar in both the cities was a huge success with a great number of delegates attending the conclave and most of them being the top decision makers.
