In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed (i) Shri Justice Vijayendra Nath, (ii) Shri Justice Shivaji Pandey and (iii) Shri Justice Ashwani Kumar Singh, Additional Judges of the High Court of Judicature at Patna, as Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
