Please refer to our Master Circular RPCD. GSSD.BC. No. 2 / 09.10.01 / 2012 – 13 dated July 02, 2012 consolidating the instructions / guidelines / directives issued to banks till that date relating to Credit Facilities to Minority Communities. The Master Circular has been suitably updated by incorporating the instructions issued upto June 30, 2013 and has also been placed on the RBI website (http://www.rbi.org.in). A copy of the Master Circular is enclosed.
