Master Circular on Export Credit Refinance Facility
Please refer to Master Circular No.MPD No.356 /07.01.279/2012-13 dated July 2, 2012 on the export credit refinance facility. This revised Master Circular consolidates and updates all instructions/guidelines issued on the subject up to June 30, 2013. Instructions/guidelines issued on the subject are placed separately in the Appendix. The Master circular has been placed on the Reserve Bank™s website (http://www.rbi.org.in/).
