The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has come up with the General news that version of Form INC-4, INC-1, INC-29 and Form 4LLP are likely to be notified with effect from 24th June, 2015.
So, all the stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and file the necessary e-forms.
