No. VAT 1513/ C.R. 46 (2)/Taxation- l.” In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 2 of SCHEDULE A’ appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby with effect from the 1st April 2013 amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT. 1508/CR. 96/ Taxation-1, dated the 5th November 2008, as follows, namely:”
In TABLE ‘B’ appended to the said notification,”
after entry 2, the following entry shall be added, namely:”
“3. Braille Watches.”.
