MCA has notified Sections 248, Section 249, Section 250, Section 251 and Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013 and also notified Companies (Removal of names of companies from the Register of Companies) Rules 2016 in respect of the new Fast Track Exit scheme under Companies Act, 2013.
