- Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as ˜SEBI™) conducted an investigation relating to buying, selling or dealing in the shares of Empower Industries India Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ˜EIIL / company™) to ascertain whether there was any violation of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as ˜SEBI Act™) and Regulations made there-under. Investigation period was taken as February 16, 2005 to March 11, 2005.
