NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th July, 2017
S.O. 2419(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section 1 read with Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 2889(E) dated 20th October, 2015 namely:- In the said Notification, against serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“2. Subhash Chandra Garg Member” Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
