MCA clarified that LLPs which were restricted from Manufacturing & allied activities vide OM No. CRC/LLP/e-Forms dated 06.03.2019 are now allowed to carry such activities as OM invoking the restriction regarding manufacturing & allied activities has been withdrawn with immediate effect.
