NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th June, 2017
S.O. 2175(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Mines Act, 1952 (35 of 1952) read with rule 3 of the Mines Rules, 1955, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1332 (E), dated the 22nd May, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes, for the purposes of the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, a Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
