MCA vide circular dated 1st January, 2020 extends time limit for filing of Form BEN-2 (Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 90) upto 31st March, 2020.
BEN-2 has to be filed within 30 days from the receipt of declaration in Form BEN-1( declaration of Significant Beneficial Ownership by SBO). Accordingly last date for receiving declaration in the Form BEN-1 shall construed accordingly.
